Member self service
Aviva are delighted to introduce our new health member self service area. We have launched this new area to provide you with a wide variety of choices to help you manage your health insurance more effectively and at your own convenience.
To access the member area just click on the Log in link at the top right corner of the website.
Enter your Username which is your Membership number. This can be found on your member card and policy documentation.
Enter your Password if you have one or request a password via the “request password” button. Your password will be instantly emailed to the email address you gave at policy set up.
You can then change your password to a more memorable one. If you forget your password you will be able to request a new one.
In this area policyholders you will be able to:
- Access your policy details in real time 24/7
- Change your plan to another Aviva plan
- Add and delete dependents from your policy and change the level of cover they are insured at.
- View and update the personal details of all people on your policy
- Change your payment options
- Get instantaneous online confirmation of all updates or changes made
- Gain access to exclusive member discounts

'Go Green' and receive your documentation electronically
More and more of our customers are choosing to 'Go Green' and receive their policy related documentation electronically.
What exactly does 'Go Green' mean to you?
'Go Green' with Aviva means receiving your policy documentation electronically rather than by traditional post. You can choose to avail of this option when you are purchasing your health insurance policy or at any time you like.
This means you can view and download all your documentation almost immediately after signing up or renewing with us.
You can also access your documents online at any time by logging into your special member area. All you need to do is click on the Log in button which appears on every page of our website.
