Change your plan online

1. You can change your plan online at any time

2. All you have to do is log in to our member self service area. A log in button is also located on the top right corner of our web pages.

3. Username: is the member number on your membership card

4. Password: first time users can  request a password by clicking on the 'request a password' button. A password will be emailed  to the email address we have on file for you.

5. Enter your username and password to access the secure member area
